Lose weight, burn calories and have fun with Athletic Group Training!!! AGT is your answer for a toned, healthy athletic body. If you want to lift weights and get big, AGT is not for you. We create a fun and challenging outdoor environment for men and women to train like an athlete even though you don’t play a sport. Have fun training like pro athletes and change your body at the same time. Have you used a TRX, whipped some heavy ropes, run a speed ladder, smashed an oversized medicine ball, or run to the palm tree? As a participant in AGT you will receive the Live Fit Formula ($169 value) included in your session price. The Live Fit Formula will show you how many calories you need to burn in any workout to help you lose body fat. If the key to losing body fat is to burn more calories than you eat, the Live Fit Formula will show you how many calories you need to burn every day.

Details:
1. The beginning of every month is the start of a new session. AGT runs for a month, usually 8-9 sessions.
2. You must sign up for the entire months sessions. If you already received your first free class and want to try another single session it will be $50/session.
3. You must be able to run, lunge, squat and do push ups. We do a lot of various activities but these exercises are the basics to lead you into the AGT program.
4. You must come with a fun positive attitude and willingness to train.
5. Please print out the liability waiver and bring with you to your first session. We must have this in order for you to participate in AGT.
6. Once you sign up for a month of AGT, there are no refunds or carry overs for missed sessions. We want you to get results, we want you to attend every session.
